Bradford graduate recognised for contribution to education of women workers in Bangladesh
Working hard to convince factory owners to continue to pay wages while the women study is Mowmita Basak, MA International Development Management 2015, who was recently recognised in an article in The Guardian for successfully implementing change in her native Bangladesh that provides free degree courses to improve the prospects for female workers in Bangladesh's clothing factories.
