University of Bradford receives global recognition
Two University of Bradford courses have been ranked as some of the top in the World according to the latest QS World University Rankings.
The annual QS World University Rankings by Subject is a comprehensive guide to a range of popular subject areas. The rankings series reveals the top 200 universities in the world for 30 individual subjects.
The two courses that have made it into the top 200 from the University are Pharmacy and Pharmacology, and Politics & International Studies. Over 3,000 universities were evaluated, with 689 ranked in total.
This is the third year in a row that Politics at Bradford has featured in the top 200, and the second time for Pharmacy. In the survey, Pharmacy received an impressive score of 61.40 for its Academic Reputation, whilst Politics received its best score for the numbers of citations per paper.
Vice-Chancellor, Professor Brian Cantor, said: “The University of Bradford is very proud of the high-quality of courses we offer. These ranking results place Bradford with some of the most elite Universities in the World and I’m pleased our courses have been recognised alongside them."
