Clinical Sciences

Harnessing science for better health

You’ll gain an excellent grounding in anatomy and physiology, as you learn to make meaningful contributions to developing new treatments. And enhance your clinical skills with tuition from scientists and healthcare professionals from various specialist areas.

Join the cutting edge of disease diagnosis and treatment with our Clinical Sciences courses.

As a graduate, you’ll be perfectly placed to move into a science-related role or take on further specialist study in an area of your interest.

There are two routes you can take into Clinical Sciences:

BSc (Hons) Clinical Sciences - if you want to study a medically relevant science degree with clinical contact and a strong focus on anatomy and physiology.

Foundation in Clinical Sciences and Medicine leading to BSc Clinical Sciences - if you’re keen to progress onto the Clinical Sciences degree programme or other healthcare careers but do not have science A levels or the entry requirements for direct entry to Year 1.
