Expertise: Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Consumer Behaviour
Prior to joining the University of Bradford, she spent nearly a decade serving as a Marketing Consultant for leading Digital Marketing agencies across the UK and Canada. Her research and teaching interests primarily revolve around digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and artificial intelligence. Rachel commenced her new role as Associate Dean for Global, Business & Community Engagement in January 2024.
