The University of Bradford has risen eight places in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2015.

Bradford is now ranked as sixth in the region and fourth for Graduate Prospects.

Vice-Chancellor, Professor Brian Cantor commented on the eighth place increase: “These rankings highlight our commitment to the highest standards of academic excellence and further strengthen our position as the technology university of the North.

“We believe in delivering professional and vocational courses with great job prospects for our graduates and as these rankings prove we have a tremendous record for graduate employability.

“We will continue to drive forward improvements to deliver our vision of Making Knowledge Work.”

The guides also show an increase in Bradford’s graduate prospects score and on the facilities spend per student.

The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2015 contains full profiles of all universities and the leading colleges of higher education. The league table is drawn up from criteria including student satisfaction, research quality, graduate prospects, entrance qualifications held by new students, degree results achieved, student/staff ratios, service and facilities spend, and university dropout rates.
