Online resources available to external members on the library premises
The JB Priestley Library is able to offer online access to a range of resources to our external members. Access is restricted by licensing terms and conditions which means not everything the students and staff at the University have access to will be available to our 'walk-in-users'. Here you will see a list of the databases you may utilise whilst in the library, as well as our larger ejournal and eBook providers.
Please note the terms and conditions of use:
- Access to online resources is only available via a dedicated PC in the JB Priestley Library, Floor 0.
- There is no booking system available and access to PC is on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Online resources are intended for personal, non-commercial research and study.
- There is no printing available from the walk-in-user PC.
- Users may access the web, the library catalogue and Summon to search for research material.
- Search results may be saved onto a memory stick or emailed out.
