Places to go:
- Safe Spaces - a crisis support service for anyone in mental health distress. It provides a homely place to stay overnight for children and young people aged seven to 17.
- Call First Response on 0800 952 1181 at any time and ask for "Safe Spaces".
- Call Guide-Line on 08001 884 884 or chat online between 8am and midnight.
- Andy's Man Club - a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online.
