International Referral Programme
Do you have friends or family around the world who would like to study in the UK?
Our International Referral Programme rewards alumni and students for referring international students within their networks to undertake their studies at the University of Bradford.
The Programme rewards current students and graduates for referring new international students to the University. For every successful referral, a reward equivalent to £500 is paid to referrers and referred students also benefit respectively via a fee reduction.

Eligibility and guidelines
Eligibility criteria
- The International Referral Programme is open to alumni and current students of the UoB (subject to the Scheme's terms and conditions).
- The referred student must be an overseas fee-paying student and a national or resident of one of the eligible countries.
- Referred students must not have made an official enquiry/expression of interest or application to UoB within the last two years from their referral date. Referred students must not have previously studied at UoB.
- A new referral form must be submitted by the referrer for each referred student.
- The referred student must apply and enrol within one year of their referral date.
- Referred students must achieve a 60% attendance rate in their studies in their first semester and be up to date with the payment plan initiated in their offer from the University. Referred students cannot enrol through an agency or use agency services at any pint during their application.
Guidelines for applications
- The referrer completes a referral form. The referrer will then receive a link and referral code to send onto the referred student.
- The referred student uses the link and referral code to complete their form and verify that they want to be referred.
- The referred student applies to the University of Bradford through the direction application page on the University website or through UCAS.
- Referred students who enrol at the University will be subject to final eligibility checks after completion of their first semester. If successful, the referred student will receive their tuition fee deduction by the end of their second semester and the referrer will receive a reward equivalent to £500 within six months of the referred student completing their first semester.
